I appreciated Jade's perseverance. Life has knocked her down and stomped on her - hard - but she gets up, creating a business as a professional cuddler to make ends meet. BTW, I had no idea there were so many different names - and positions - for cuddling. She is loyal, at times too loyal, but she's got a great heart.

Ryland is overbearing, dominating, controlling - normally not good words to associate with a hero but for Jade those traits come from a good place. He's an intense guy, determined to get his own way, but when he loves his devotion is complete.

With strong characters, a passionate love affair, drama and a bit of violence Want is an exciting read from start to finish. I look forward to seeing what Emma Rider comes up with next.
