Declan:  Declan, where do I even start?  Most of my beta and ARC readers can’t even say his name without swooning.  Leah calls him Hot Shot because he’s arrogant and cocky and knows it.  He’s an up and coming actor in Hollywood and is on everyone’s hit list.  He escapes to Virginia to shoot an independent film, and thinks he’ll rid himself of his obsession with Leah – the one nightstand that he hasn’t been able to shake for six months. 

Declan comes from a wealthy upbringing, and had a power hungry father who treated his mother like dirt.  He’s been taking care of her ever since.  Despite his carefree attitude, Declan takes responsibility very seriously, both with family and his work. 

In the book, Declan is described as tall, dark and of course, handsome.  His dark brown hair is constantly messy and tossed.  His hazel blue/green eyes seem to take on different hues depending on his mood, darkening a rich shade of green when he’s angered or ahem, turned on. J

Leah:  Leah is a fan favorite since book one and it’s no secret that I based her on my own best friend Leslie.  While their personalities are similar, Leah is her own character with her own story to tell. 

Leah is strong willed and bold.  She doesn’t hold back when she has an opinion and she’s fiercely loyal.  She’s the first person to help when someone needs it, dropping everything to aid her best friend or family member. 

Leah had a rough childhood and she does her best to hide it, shutting her pain off from everyone, including those who are close to her.  Because of that, she doesn’t like to show weakness. 

In the book, Leah is described as tall, leggy and blonde.  Her blue eyes and year round tan makes most women want to murder her in her sleep and she’s always effortlessly put together, but never overdone.
