Their career paths cross and while they have to work together professionally, they also have to work together to mend their broken hearts. Despite all his faults Aiden is a good guy, trying to do the right thing, and hoping with all his heart-on-his-sleeve heart that he'll have Sadie back in his arms. Unlike the more emotionally open Aiden, Sadie is very reserved, very together and very determined not to get hurt, not to let anyone else get close enough to hurt her again, but Aiden is just as determined to win her.
