Exciting, dramatic, a slow simmer romance that erupts into a full boil, a crazy stalker, a whole different type of crazy, and a happy happily every after.

I liked the heroine of our story. Taylor is a survivor, she's had to fight for everything in her life, she's sassy, and though it doesn't always turn out well, she's the type of person who throws herself whole-heartedly into things. 

When we meet her Taylor is in desperate need of some good things coming her way. She chose the wrong partner, made a bad decision in the aftermath of a breakup, got some terrible publicity, is in a writing slump and three men come into (or return to) her life, two that are definitely bad news and another who can hurt her in a whole different way.

Our hero hasn't had the easiest time of things either. Colt made a mistake that got him canned, he's working freelance and missing the camaraderie of co-workers,and then he meets a girl in a bar, has an amazing night with her and then finds out she's his new bodyguard assignment.

We see a little inside her stalker's head and he is totally and completely loco. And creepy. I want to shudder just thinking about him. Author Tara Wyatt totally blew it out of the park with an ick-worthy stalker.
